Poinsettia and Greenery Dedication

Please fill out the form to order poinsettias and greenery (in memory, honor or thanksgiving of someone) which will be placed in the sanctuary on Christmas Eve. The cost of each plant will be $15.00. If you pay with a check, please make it out to St. Mark's Episcopal Church with "Poinsettias/Greenery" on the bottom line.  Please have your dedications in by December 18th.  These funds are used to aid in covering the costs of decorating.  Thank you!
